6-Week Group Class Program – Dogs 6 Months & Older

This program bridges the gap between practicing obedience at home and applying those skills confidently in everyday life. Working alongside other dogs and handlers, you and your dog will strengthen focus, impulse control, polite manners, and dependable obedience while navigating the types of distractions encountered in the real world.

 Through structured exercises and progressive challenges, you'll build the confidence, communication, and consistency needed for success both in public and during the Canine Good Citizen evaluation.

Our structured one-hour group classes provide a supportive learning environment where dogs develop neutrality and reliability while owners gain confidence handling their dogs around increasing distractions. Each session is designed to reinforce practical skills that carry over into everyday life—helping you build a calm, dependable companion you can confidently take almost anywhere.

Program Requirements

• Dogs must be 6 months of age or older.
• Dogs must be manageable on leash in a group setting.
• For the safety of all participants, this class is not appropriate for dogs with a history of biting people or dogs, or those displaying behaviors that cannot be safely managed in a group environment.
